Microneedling with PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) (also known as mesotherapy) is one of the best treatments for natural skin rejuvenation. What to expect with Microneedling with PRF
Microneedling with Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) combines the benefits of microneedling with the healing properties of PRF, a concentrated form of a patient's own blood, to enhance collagen production and improve skin texture, tone, and overall appearance. The treatment begins with our RN drawing a small sample of your blood that is processed to concentrate the platelets and fibrin. Your skin will then be thoroughly cleansed. This is followed by a relaxing CBD oil massage with a jade stone, promoting lifting and lymphatic drainage. Once your skin is ready, a numbing agent is applied to ensure your comfort throughout the treatment.
The PRF solution is then applied to your skin followed by the microneedling process using the Dermapen 4, to create micro-injuries that stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate your skin. The PRF solution is directly supplied to the deeper layers of the skin.
Afterwards, a soothing sheet mask is applied to calm and hydrate your skin, and the session concludes with red light therapy to enhance healing and further boost collagen production. Expect to leave with refreshed, revitalized skin.

Aftercare tips
- Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher and avoid direct sun exposure
- Avoid physical exfoliants or scrubs for about a week to prevent over-exfoliating and irritating the skin.
- Avoid using products with strong active ingredients like retinoids, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), or beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) immediately after treatment.
- Drink lots of water
- Avoid hot showers, saunas, and intense exercise for at least 48 hours to prevent overheating and excessive sweating.
- Avoid touching your face excessively to reduce the risk of irritation or infection.
- Avoid applying makeup for at least 24 hours post-treatment to allow your skin to breathe and recover.
