Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to gently unwind and prepare for your service. For first time clients, you should have completed and submitted the medical and consent forms that were emailed to you. If not, you will need to complete them prior to your treatment.
Individual women's and men's lockers are available for our guests. However, NewYou MedSpa cannot assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items. For security purposes we request that guests refrain from bringing anything of value into the medspa.
Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for each guest. All of our practitioners are licensed and trained to conduct all services in a dignified and respectful manner. We respect your right to privacy and follow all HIPAA rules and practices.
Appointments may be scheduled over the phone at 215-930-1391 or in person with our Spa Concierge. We recommend scheduling your appointment well in advance of the desired date. A credit card may be required to reserve your appointment.
All of our medspa services are carefully coordinated to deliver the best possible experience for each guest. If for any reason you must cancel your appointment we ask that you kindly provide us with a 24 hour notice. This is a courtesy to both other guests, who may want to book an open appointment, and to our therapists. Failure to cancel before 24 hours will result in a $30 charge to your credit card on file. Appointments may be cancelled by calling us at 215-930-1391 at least 24 hours in advance.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is a $25 charge for any returned check that requires additional banking fees. You can also pay with a NewYou gift card.
