What to expect with Chemical Peels (BioRePeel)

Your BioRePeel treatment begins with a gentle cleansing. A special scrub followed by a facial mask is used to prepare the skin. The BioRePeel is then applied with the Nanopen . This peel is suitable for all skin types and areas of the body. This treatment improves skin surface imperfections and accelerates cell turnover, stimulating collagen and elastin reconstruction deep within the skin. Post-peel, extractions can be performed if needed. The session concludes with a hydrating moisturizer, leaving your skin feeling refreshed.

You'll notice immediate results that continue to improve over the following weeks, with minimal to no skin shedding, allowing you to maintain your social plans uninterrupted.

Pre-care Instructions:

• Keep your skin hydrated before and after treatment.
• Do not consume alcohol 24 hours before your appointment.
• Do not use exfoliating products for 24 hours before treatment.
• Do not use Retin-A or active skin applications for 7 days before treatment.
• Do not use the self-tanning agents and avoid UV exposure for 14 days before treatment.
• Avoid waxing, bleaching, or hair removal for 14 days before treatment.
• If you are taking a blood thinner, aspirin, or any other medications you may be required to obtain a GP approval letter for the treatment.
• On the day of the treatment, please do not apply makeup.
• If you are planning to have Botox or fillers please allow 2 weeks after your Botox appointment before BioRePeel.

Aftercare tips

• Do not use exfoliating products or harsh skincare ingredients (like retinoids, AHAs, BHAs) for 2 weeks.
• For at least 14 days post-treatment, do NOT use any Hydroxy Acid, Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C (in a low pH formula), or anything perceived as ‘active’ skincare.
• Avoid sunbeds, swimming, sauna, and self-tan for 2 weeks.
• Refrain from waxing, hair removal, and bleaching for 2 weeks.
• Do not participate in strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
